His most recent passion is helping organizations better understand and manage trust; in particular, how it is built and how it is betrayed. Schooled at Harvard and trained by hundreds of client projects while working with global firms such as Ketchum, PWC, Towers Perrin and Harbridge House, Ken knows how to help clients achieve sustainable results.
